Terms of Service
Custom-Built Products
Every home bar is handcrafted and built specifically for each customer. Orders are produced according to the specifications selected at the time of purchase. Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final.
Payment Terms
Orders require a deposit before production begins. Remaining payments are due according to the payment schedule provided with your order. Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated Lead Times
Lead times displayed on our website or provided by email are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production schedules may vary due to order volume, material availability, weather, holidays, vendor delays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We work diligently to complete every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship our customers expect.
Design Changes
Customers may request changes to finishes, colors, dimensions, or other design features prior to production. Requested changes may result in additional charges, additional production time, or both. Once production has reached a stage where changes are no longer practical, additional modifications may not be possible.
Product Selection and Intended Use
Customers are responsible for determining that the selected home bar model is appropriate for their intended residential or commercial application prior to placing an order. Product dimensions, construction methods, materials, and features are described throughout our website, product pages, and Frequently Asked Questions.
If a customer has questions regarding whether a particular model is suitable for a specific application, we encourage those questions to be discussed before an order is placed.
Our home bars are custom-built according to the specifications advertised and selected at the time of purchase. A customer's preference for a different style of construction, heavier materials, or an alternative design after delivery does not constitute a manufacturing defect and does not make the order eligible for return or refund.
Materials and Construction
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and photographs are provided to accurately represent our products. Because every bar is handcrafted from natural wood products, normal variations in wood grain, texture, color, knots, and finish should be expected.
Wood is a natural material and may expand, contract, or display slight variations due to humidity and environmental conditions. Construction materials, including the use of 3/4" and 1/2" wood components where applicable, are described throughout our website and product information.
Finish Colors
Wood stain colors may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in wood grain, lighting, monitor settings, and the natural characteristics of the lumber. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping
Shipping is included where specified.
Large orders may ship in multiple boxes. Certain accessories, including but not limited to foot rails, hardware, lighting, power accessories, trim, and other components, may ship separately from the main shipment.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival and notifying us of any shipping damage within five (5) days of delivery.
Assembly
Assembly is the responsibility of the customer unless professional installation has been separately arranged. Assembly instructions and hardware are included with every order.
Final Build Approval
When final build photographs are provided prior to shipment, customers are encouraged to review them carefully. Any concerns regarding the appearance, finish, configuration, or workmanship of the order should be communicated before shipment whenever reasonably possible. Once a custom-built order has shipped, the order will be considered accepted as built unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is identified.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Because every order is custom-built specifically for the customer, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available once materials have been ordered or production has begun. Cancellation requests submitted before materials have been ordered may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us promptly with photographs so we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, modifications made after delivery, exposure to excessive moisture or weather without appropriate protection, commercial use beyond the intended design of the selected product, improper storage, or customer-installed alterations.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, installation, delay, or use of the product.
Communication
Customers are encouraged to contact us throughout the production process. We strive to provide progress updates and build photographs as production milestones are reached. We are available by email and telephone and are happy to answer questions regarding your order.
Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
